The school was established in 1961. Today it provides quality education to 1600 students from a cross section of Indian Society. Classes Nursery to Std. V study. Students of Std. VI move to the senior school.

The school building comprises of just a 2-room house, one of which is used as a classroom and another reserved for the Prinicipal or Teaching staff (this room is currently being used as a store room).
